✴︎作品のストーリー
以前、お客様から「職場のデスクに飾っていつも眺めてます」と嬉しいDMをいただいたことがきっかけで、いつかこんなミニサイズの海を作りたいと思い始めてから早1年。
最初は素材や色、質感がなかなか理想の形にならず試行錯誤の連続でしたが、少しずつ月日を経て、ようやく納得のいく形に完成しました。
今回はあえて額に入れず、剥き出しのデザインにしています。そうすることで影がなくなり、海のきらめきをより間近で、ダイレクトに楽しんでいただけます。
また、触ることへの抵抗を少しでもなくせるよう、砂の質感もそのまま活かし天然のシェルがキラキラ輝きます。ぜひ、手元で小さな海を旅するように、その質感まで楽しんでいただけたら嬉しいです。
A year ago, a client sent me a heartwarming message: "I keep your artwork on my desk at work and look at it every day." That was the spark that inspired me to create a miniature ocean.
At first, it was a process of trial and error as I struggled to capture the perfect materials, colors, and textures. But over the months, it gradually came together, and I have finally achieved a piece l am truly proud of.
For this collection, I intentionally chose an unframed, raw design. By leaving it open, there are no shadows, allowing you to experience the sparkle of the ocean more intimately and directly.
To encourage you to touch and connect with the piece, I've preserved the natural texture of the sand, embedded with shimmering real seashells. I hope you enjoy feeling this tiny ocean in your hands, as if taking a small, beautiful journey.
